The location:
We are here in beautiful Värmland – a region with a lot of lakes and forest, forest forest – at the old estate „Häcken“ near Hagfors.
The farmstead which is already 100 years old, will be found in a detached location at a natural property of 7000 qm, right in the middle of the wilderness of Värmland. The residential building and tree adjacent buildings are placed on a large clearing with old trees and a meadow with wild flowers. Here you really can have a sense of well-being! Your accomodation consists of double rooms.
Catering:
All Retreats are accompanied by ayurvedic meals and/or vegetarian diet, in order to support our body during the Retreats so that the body will not have to work too much. To learn more about the own body and the different influences of nutrition, it is desirable that all participants help to prepare the meals.
The group:
The Retreats are directed to all people who want to do something for their health and at the same time want to develop further. They are directed to all people who have the strong desire for finding themselves and others and who are without any shyness towards each other. Every group includes not more than 6 persons.
The atmosphere:
The size of the groups of not more than 6 persons leads to a friendly and familiar atmosphere. The daily routine will be organized together. To this also belongs that the meals will be prepared together. By getting close to each other it is guaranteed that we really can loose our inhibitions and everybody can be as he really is. But that also means that we have to show consideration for each other and have to back down if the group dynamics calls for it.
