With a beautiful view of the sea,the holiday home annex "Annex Ljungskile" is located at the West Coast of Sweden, only about 200 meters away from the water.

The holiday home, which is the left building at the picture above, is placed 10 minutes outside the summer place of Ljungskile and consists of a lower floor with entrance hall, a kichenette/kitchen corner with dishwasher, cooker, stove and microwave, a shower room, separate toilet, living area with dining place, seating corner with convertible sofa, TV, air conditioning and a piano.
A bedrooms with double bed you will also find downstairs. From the living area you will go onto a large terrace with seating furniture and grill and, of course, not to forget, with a beautiful view of the water.
Over a staircase you will reach the bedloft (places to sleep under the roof), where you will find six single beds.
Guests of the annex have access to the washroom, which will be found in the building next door at the landlord family. Apart from this landlord family there is no direct neighbor. The nearest neighbor is about 200 meters aways.
The nearest place to swim will be found about 200 meters away from this accommodation. Here you can choose between a beach with shallow water and hence child-friendly or a place to swim, where the water becomes deeper relatively fast. Take your bathing flip-flops along, in order to be able to use also the surrounding "Snail beaches".
The landlord has two dear dogs and a cat. In case you intend to take you four-legged friend with you during your holidays at the West Coast, so this pet should also be friendly to the animals of the same species.
Golfers will find the golf course "Lyckornas Golfklubb" about 10 minutes from here. The World Heritage Site of "Vitlycke hällristningar" with its rock drawings in Tanumshede you will reach after about 40 minutes and Göteborg or the "Ark of the North"(Nordens Ark) is located about 50 minutes away from the holiday home.
Be enchanted by this region, which is very popular with the local citizens and be welcome to holidays at the West Coast with a view of the sea in the "Annex Ljungskile".
