A holiday home on an own island
awaits the guests of this holiday home, located in the natural and beautiful Resele. You will live here on the one hand right in the middle of the locality and on the other hand, nevetheless, quite secluded, perfectly suited to rest and to relax.
It is true, there is no electricity here, but the candle lights, gasol lighting and the wood-burning open fire in the house provide for a special and cosy atmosphere. Firewood is included and an electricity generator to charge the mobile phone and notebook is available, but it would certainly be better to let these "bonds of leisure time" at home. The earth is continuing to rotate also without a permanent stand-by mode.
It is better to start the day with a refreshing plunge into the water just on your doorstep and from your footbridge which is only 30 meters away from the holiday home. If you are swimming around cautiously and quietly it may even happen that you will encounter beavers which live here in the lake or an owl which is just floating over the property.
The lake is rich in fish and a rowing boat is also available.
The holiday home consists of two rooms and an outside kitchen. The outside kitchen includes gasol cooker and gasol fridge. An outside toilet is available at the property and the nearest shower will be found in the gymnasium (3 km away) for a fee of 10 SEK. Water you will get at the landlord at your arrival.
If you once do not want to do the cooking, you will find the Myregården restaurang and café only 300 meters away from the holiday home. And don´t forget to take part in a raft trip on the river Ångermanälven.
All in all you will have here an accomodation in top location and if you feel you have a mission once to return "back to the roots" and to go without the fine comfort of our time, then you have discovered her a beautiful alternative for holidays.
