Description

This exclusive holiday home, completed only in 2007, is located in the skerries, about 13 kilometers outside the town of Nyköping, only about 150 meters away from the sea and with a landing stage and boat, beloging to it.
The holiday home will only be rented out week by week and its spacious, nearly 200 square meters, are distributed over 1 ½ floors.
With 4 bedrooms, living room, room for social gatherings/events, kitchen, 2 bathrooms as well as a sauna there will be enough room for upto 8 persons, to spend comfort holidays in Sörmland.
Within a radius of 100 meters you will find two pools, one of them has a size of 18 x 9 meters and the pool for children is 7 x 3 meters. Both are open in summer.
Also the arrival to the holiday place can be very comfortable and time-saving, because it is only 15 kilometers to the airport of Stockholm/Skavsta Airport, where, for example, the Ryanair airline flies. Close by 1194.

    Södermanland

    The province borders in the south to Östergötland, in the west to Närke, in the northwest to Västmanland, in the northeast to Uppland and in the east and southeast to the Baltic Sea.
    The capital Stockholm is situated partly in Södermanland. The second part is located in Uppland. Traditionally, the line between the two provinces is drawn in the water between the old town and the district of Södermalm in central Stockholm.
    Södermanland, popularly known as Sörmland, refers to the land south of the lake Mälaren. Like Uppland in the north, the province has numerous ancient remains (nearly 100,000) and a large population that approximately amounts to 1.1 million people.
    The province is dominated by lowland and wooded hills, and of the many lakes. So it is a typical flat landscape; Södermanland is nowhere more than 200 meters above sea level.
    The characteristic landscape type is formed by a combination of faults that mainly go in the direction from the east to the west, and large river valleys. Through these faults the land sunk from the south to the north, so that the crack along the fault on the north side was lowered, while the south remained.
    Södermanland is also the center of the Swedish nobility with a variety of mansions.
    Just as Södermanland, Uppland has a fantastic archipelago, both the part called the Stockholm Archipelago (east of Södermanland's Södertörn peninsula) and the one outside the coast of Södermanland.
