The holiday home "Stuga Brattmon" is located, together with another holiday home (object nr. 889), Link to the holiday home at a property of more than 4000 square meters.

Both houses have a separate entrance. They can be rented out either separately or to a group, for example, ideally also to two families, who want to spend their holidays togehter at one place and, nevertheless, prefer separate houses.
In winter excellently suited for people who like winter sports, lighted cross-country ski runs in Sysslebäck or Långberget and alpine in Branäs.
Motorized sleigh safaris will be offered in Höljes, but also fishing, when there is ice on the water, will be a highlight in February/Mars.
In summer/autumn, of course, fishing (grayling and trout on the river Klarälven just 600 m away), hiking, canoe tours and river rafting (raft trips), moutain bike tours, mushroom-picking and bery-picking and to enjoy beautiful nature.
The house has downstairs (height of the ceiling partly only 1,95 m ) a cosy kitchen-cum-living-room with TV-corner, a bathroom with shower and a separate WC for guests as well as a spacious hall with a drying cabinet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms.

  • Be careful: Downsairs the height of the rooms is partly only 1,95 m
  • Final cleaning for 65 EUR will be done by the landlord and will be added to the rent.
  • Weeks 2 to 16: Thursday to Sunday or Sunday to Thursday for EUR 300 (no final cleaning will be added)
  • Electricity will be debited 16 cent/Kwh (not in weeks 25-37)
  • Boat available for 10 EUR/day at a lake ca. 25 km away.

    Värmland

    Värmland is located in the west of central Sweden, along the north shore of lake Vänern as well as along the Scandinavian Mountains in the west and the north. It has borders towards Norway in the west, Dalarna in the north, Västermanland and Närke in the east as well as Dalsland and lake Vänern in the south.
    Värmland is well known for its natural diversity. As there are the mountains in the west and the north, here called "Kölen", in the south we will find a more shallow, but hilly landscape. In gerenal, Värmland is rich in forests, rivers and lakes. The lakes and rivers make Värmland a paradise for fishing and water sports, especially lake Vänern and the river Klarälven. This river is an excellent area for fishing and river rafting in the upper parts, where it is wilder, whereas in the lower river you find excellent conditions for silent and romantic raft tours. The mountains in the north and especially in the west are very popular skiing and winter sport areas among Scandinavians.
    But not only the fan of nature and sports will find a vast offer to choose from in Värmland. Even those interested in culture will find activities like a lot of museums, archaeological remains like runestones, or a livley nightlife and shopping in cities like Karlstad. You will easily feel that Norway is close to Värmland und this short distance allows spontaneous short trips to Swedens neighbour country.
