The "Stuga Ellen" is a small but nice holiday cottage in West Sweden, a bit outside the west coast town of Uddevalla in the Bohuslän region. The wing building is located in a mixed area, consisting of holiday cottages and villas, only about one hundred meters away from the nearest lovely bathing beach at the west coast. With its 7 golf courses within a radius of 40 kilometers, the vicinity to the lake Vänern and to Göteborg as well as rich fishing grounds around the domicile, you will be offered a lot of changes, as compared to simple beach holidays in western Sweden.

  • 1 bedroom with double bed, living room with convertible sofa + opportunity for extra bed.
  • A 5. extra bed can be additionally rented for 110 EUR/week (peak saison), 85 EUR/week (off-peak saison).
  • Bedclothes can be ordered for 100 SEK/bed at the owner/landlord.
  • The final cleaning can be ordered at the owner/landlord (800 SEK).
  • At the day of arrival the owner of the house/landlord takes a deposit (security) of 1000 SEK.
  • electricity costs have to be paid extra with 1,50 SEK/kWh directly to the owner of the house

    Bohuslän

    The country's westernmost province, Bohuslän, is located at the Skagerrak, the strait running between Norway and the southwest coast of the Jutland peninsula of Denmark, connecting the North Sea and the Kattegatt sea area, which leads to the Baltic Sea.
    Bohusläns is bordering to Norway and in the east to Dalsland and Västergötland. The city of Gothenburg is located partially in Bohuslän, Västergötland’s border runs at Hisingen in Gothenburg. Gothenburg is with its around 550,000 inhabitants Sweden's second largest city and offers a variety of activities, including Liseberg amusement park.
    When you consider the West Coast, and in particular, Bohuslän, you often get a picture of the beautiful archipelago and bare rocks in front of your eyes. That is precisely the province's signature. The proximity to Norway makes this area very interesting for our neighbours but also for visitors from all over Europe.
    Bohuslän's unique archipelago has wonderfully smooth granite rocks and a beautiful and vibrant coastal line. Bohuslän pantry is large, deep, blue and full of salty delicacies as seafood in world-class. Bohuslän is also a kayaking paradise of high caliber.
