"Stugor Järvsö" means holiday huts with 2, 4 and 6 beds, with very simple standard, in a special and old, time-honoured environment in the Hälsingland region. The holiday huts are partly more than 150 years old, rebuilt stables, forming a part of a camp site in the locality of Järvsö. If you feel no desire to prepare your breakfast by yourself, you have the opportunity to place this matter in the hands of the landlords on-site.

  • Kitchen as well as sanitary facilities will be used together with the other guests of the huts in the sevice building.
  • 2 saunas are here at the guests´s disposal.
  • Breakfast can be ordered for 39 SEK per person and day. This amount will be added to the rental.
  • Bedclothes and towels can be ordered for 60 SEK/person.
  • The final cleaning can be ordered extra.
  • A TV can be found in the café, belonging to the camping site.
  • The hut with 4 beds costs 70 EUR/night or 480 EUR/week.

    Hälsingland

    Hälsingland is located in southern Norrland in northern Sweden and is famous for its beautiful landscape with large farms, high mountains and beautiful valleys. The northern parts of the province is of distinctive wilderness character.
    Hälsingland's largest city is Hudiksvall and the most important watercourse is the river Ljusnan, coming from Härjedalen it runs through the entire province and ends at the town of Ljusne. Ljusnan is Sweden's ninth longest river and offers excellent fishing for grayling and trout.
    Hälsingland is known for its magnificent farms, known as ”Hälsingegĺrdar”. Two or three storeys high, they are built to display the wealth and independence, much ingenuity has been required to decorate their interiors, combining noble fashion with traditional materials and techniques.
    It is worth mentioning that Princess Madeleine of Sweden is both Hälsinglands and Gästriklands duchess.
