Exclusive wellness holiday home with fantastic view of the sea

This well-appointed holiday home, which has been renovated in 2011, is located directly at the pebble beach of the Skälderviken bay, just 100 meters away from the sea.

It has a living space of about 80 square meters and includes 3 bedrooms with enough room for totally 6 persons.
Inside the house there is also a fully-furnished/equipped kitchen from 2011, a large and bright living room of 30 square meters with a fantastic view of the Skälderviken bay and the island of Hallandsväderö. To the house belongs also a guest building which has 2 bedrooms with 13 square meters each and 2 beds each as well as a detached sauna house with separate shower (the sauna is wood-heated and offers enough room for 8 up to 10 persons).

But that is not yet the whole wellness offer! To the holiday home also belongs a large sun terrace with a size of 150 square meters and with a built-in Jacuzzi as well as a heatable swimming pool of 32 square meters. Here you can really enjoy in a relaxed way the unique view or– if you are lucky enough – even observe small whales and dolphins, while relaxing to your heart´s content and you can enjoy the protected nature, surrounding the house. A lot of hiking trails are passing the protected area and invite to discover and explore them.

Within walking distance you will find a café and a restaurant. In addition there are many golf courses in the vicinity, among others the beautiful Mölle GK, located at a cliff/rock, which means that there are really enough opportunities to spend your holidays in a sporty way.

Other destinations for excursions, which are worth mentioning, are the picturesque health resort of Helsingborg with its beautiful town hall, the healing springs, the St Mary`s Church, dating from the 12th century, as well as a lot of other historical buildings. Also a spontaneous trip to Danmark could be recommended.
Take a break from everyday life and enjoy the sea, nature and the unique surrounding of the Skälderviken bay!

    Skĺne

    Skĺne, in English known as "Scania", is the southernmost historical province of Sweden and consists of 33 municipalities. The residence is in Malmö, the third largest city of the country.
    Due to its mostly flat and slightly hilly topography and the nutrient-rich soils, Skĺne is also known as the granary of Sweden. Here 30% of Swedish agricultural needs are covered. The north-east of the province is characterized by wooded hills, typical for Sweden out of gneiss and granite rocks. Skĺne has though more to offer more than farmland and rocks: there is at the southern end of the peninsula 400 km of coastline with white sandy beaches, which in every season - but of course, especially in summer – are popular. The sprawling landscape is also a mecca for golfers and within an hour drive you can reach about 70 golf courses. Walkers will enjoy the many hiking trails and skiers will find a great place for their hobby in the area Hallandsĺsen. In the snow-free season Hallandsĺsen is a popular recreation area, with opportunities to indulge your hobbies.
    The history of Scania is still clearly visible. Since it belonged to Denmark until 1658, the dialect spoken in Skĺne has many features of the Danish. Likewise, there are still about 200 castles and manor houses in Skĺne, many of which are also open to visitors, and the only purely Romanesque church building in Scandinavia, the Lund Cathedral, is located in Skĺne.
    Today, the province is well known due to the crime novels about Kurt Wallander of author Henning Mankell. They are mostly set in the vicinity of Ystad, a beautiful old town in the southeast with many half-timbered houses.
