Holidays directly at the lake in Sörmland

This offer consists of a large holiday home, which has been built in 2008 with a living space of about 190 square meters as well as an annex, both placed at a property of 10 hectare with 500 meters beach at the waterfront of the lake Nyckelsjön.
To the water property also belong fishing rights, so that you can go fishing here by boat for pikeperch, pike and perch.
The main building has three bedrooms upstairs, a large living room with open fire as well as a bathroom with shower and WC.
The large balcony has a southern aspect.
Downstairs you will find a hall, a large country kitchen with open fire, a living room with a view of the lake and an open fire, another bedroom as well as shower and WC. You will also have access to a washroom.
At the large property there are several seating corners for barbecue and a landing stage for the boat down by the water.
The Sörmland region is well-known for its beautiful castles and manor houses and, of course, for the Baltic Sea coast. Day trips to the capital Stockholm, which is within reach, can also be recommended.
