Romantic villa with spa in the Halland region

This well-preserved villa dating from the last but one turn of the century invites you to spend your next holidays in Sweden just here in Western Sweden.
The villa Aster takes you to a journey back to the beginning of the 20th century with its quite special atmosphere which you will find nowadays very seldom.
The holiday home was cautiously renovated in the course of the years and original parts like doors or windows were reconditioned and preserved. For example, the cosy punsch (engl. –punch) veranda still has the glass from the beginning.
In the house you will find three beautiful tiled stoves. But nevertheless the holiday home has nearly all comfort and conveniences, making holidays easier.
Downstairs there are three drawing rooms, living room, salon as well as a library with TV room in Art Nouveau style. Here you will also find a bedroom with an own walk-in wardrobe, kitchen and dining room.
From the kitchen you will reach the terrace and the punsch veranda (built in 1910 and not renovated) presents the end of this floor.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with wardrobes, a bathroom as well as a small library and TV room.
The basement includes the spa with jacuzzi, shower and sauna as well as another bathroom next door.
All this is located in a beautiful exclusive residential area at a property of 7000 square meters. There is a private car park for guests as well as a garage with enough room for six cars at the estate.
You will live here between Halmstad and Laholm at the West Coast and within a radius of 10 kilometers you will have several top beaches like Mellbystrand, Skummeslövsstrand or Tylösand. As destinations for excursions the castle of "Skottorps slott", Båstad, Norrvikens Gardens or the nature reserve of "Mellbystrands naturreservat" could be mentioned.
Here you will have not only a beautiful location, but also a lot of opportunities for successful and active holidays in Sweden.
