Trip To’s Terms of Use / Data Protection

Services of Trip To

The internet portal trip-to.com as well as the associated web appearances like: schwedenprivat.com, sverigesemester.com as well as sweden-holidays.com are exclusive platforms which provide holiday accommodations and other tourist offers. Trip To acts exclusively as the agent between the provider (e.g. landlord,tour operator, car rental, hotel) and the client.

With every accomplished booking by the user on one of our web page, the user offers the provider of the chosen service a binding booking contract. If the chosen service is available (e.g. the accommodation or the hotel room) the contract becomes binding for the client and the provider as soon as the booking confirmation has been sent out. The minimum age for the usage of our booking system is 18 (as long as no other minimum age is mentioned in the proposal) and the client has to have full legal capacity. The particular booking offer of the client is directly transferred to the provider who confirms or declines the offer. The travel documents and the accounting information are directly sent to the client by the provider or, in case the provider has a corresponding service agreement with Trip To or by Trip To. In this case Trip To is solely acting on behalf of the provider and transfers the information given by the provider to the client. The contractual relationship is created between the client and the provider. In addition the general terms and conditions of the provider are valid. Accountability, cancellation, conditions of payment, change of reservation and other restrictions are stated there. The Terms of Use of the particular provider can be found on our pages in the menu item Terms of Use and additionally as a clearly visible link before you finish the transaction.
