This duplex house, built in 2005, is located in the middle of Värmdö and about 22 kilometers away from the center of the capital.
One half of the duplex house, named "Ljung", is only intended as a holiday home in the summer weeks as an accomodation for guests from all over the world, and it offers an excellent opportunity to spend the holidays peacefully and in a green surrounding on the one hand and to discover and explore Stockholm from its best sides on the other hand.
From Stavsnäs, which is about 23 kilometers away, you can daily take part in several boat tours to the skerries of the capital. But also the harbour of Gustavsberg or the sea bath of Grisslinge, which ca be reached by walking, are some more good arguments for a varied mixture of recreation, sights worth seeing and experiences/advertures.
Downstairs in the house you will find a hall, bathroon, washroom and a kitchen with part of the living room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, shower and WC, a study as well as balcony.
The house is located at a hill with a beautiful view of the sea. In front of the house guests will have access to an own carport. A landing stage for the boat is also available, in case you intend to arrive by water.
