Holidays at the beautiful island of "Utö" near Stockholm is a recommendation for all those people, who want to relax peacefully and quiet on the one hand and who are looking for the most different summer activities on the other hand.
Marienhäll at Utö will be your holiday domicile here. You will find a small holiday home for two persons with glazed veranda and view.
Near Kyrkviken, next to the "Spränga-brygga", you can see, how the boats berth and cast off. And at the veranda there is enough room to enjoy nature and the songs of the birds while drinking your morning coffee. In the vicinity you will also find the place to swim and a summer kiosk, where a smaller range of food will be available.

- A dry toilet, shower and washing machine will be found in a separate building, which is located in the guest house of the landlord
- A rowing boat can be rented for 150 SEK/day
- Two bikes can be rented for 300 SEK/bike per week
- During low saison the holiday home can also be rented at the weekends (Friday - Sunday) for 1900 SEK
- The holiday home will only be rented out week by week, with Saturday as the day of arrival and departure (June, July, August)
- The final cleaning can be ordered at the landlord and costs 300 SEK.
- The landlord takes a deposit of 500 SEK (payable at the day of arrival).
