Your holiday home is a duplex house and is located at the beautiful skerry area at the island of "Värmdö", only about 20 kilometers away from Stockholm!
It is a very good location, because only 200 meters away from the house you will reach a small sandy beach with foot bridge for swimming, a place that is welcome, even if you want to go for a short swim in the morning or in the evening.
The seaside resort of Grisslinge you can also reach by a walk from your holiday home. There you will also find a pub as well as a nice coffee bar of the Delselius family.
You have the vicinity to the skerries of Stockholm and the opportunity to travel through the beautiful skerry area by boat, starting at Stavnäs (about 20 km).
Gustavsberg with its well-known china factory, the lovely port and the shopping and restaurant center is about 5 kilometers away.
Downstairs the holiday home has a kitchen with dining place, bathroom and washroom as well as a large living room. At the same time you will find here an office/guest room, which can be additionally rented when still more places to sleep are required.
Upstairs you have totally 4 bedrooms, a small TV room and shower/WC.
From the balcony upstairs you will have a very nice view of the Torsby bay. At the front of the house there is a garden area, where you can enjoy the evening sun, but also the back of the holiday home has a garden area, which is in this case covered.
