"Pärla Maglehem" is a holiday home in Degeberga, located directly at the East Coast and in the middle of a historically very old artist´colony/village, where you will, of course, have the opportunity to observe and to consult many of these artists directly at their work.
Many guests are tempted by the so-called art rounds over the year and therefore visit just this area.
Also the sports aspect, and particularly golfing, will be taken care of. An excellent golf course is only about 5 km away from you.
Brösarp and Kivik can be reached within 10 minutes by car. As special activities and sights could be mentioned here the port, the market/fair in July, which is well-known in the whole of South Sweden, and as a historical speciality, graves from Bronze Age, which are quite uniqe for the whole of Northern Europe.
Your holiday home is conveniently located, so that you can go for a 3 km walk through the forest up to the extended beautiful beach. A cycle tour at lovely cycle pathes leads you up to Kristianstad or Åhus.
The house has a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, WC with shower, an own garden area with grill, and inside the house you can use a jacuzzi.
