A newly built holiday home (2008) at the sun island of Öland
awaits the guests of the "Stuga Udden" in South Sweden.
Deep in the south of the island of Öland you will find the locality of Ventlinge, about 10 kilometers away from the most southern point of the island, Ottenby.
The holiday home has been newly built in 2008 and can be rented all year round.
It consists of three bedrooms, a combined living room with kitchen as well as shower and toilet.
Next to the living room there is a large terrace with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and the Kalmarsund.
Around the holiday home there is a large garden area of several hundred square meters as well as a large lawn of about 6000 square meters, where the children can play and romp about. But the childen do also have here a small playground with slide, swing and trampoline.
In addition to families with children, this accomodation is also excellently suited for golfers or simply for those of you, who want to get out of the daily round, to revitalize themselves.
