Holidays at one of the most beautiful and scenically most interesting islands of Sweden, Öland. At Ytterby, about 8 kilometers away from the well-known resort of Köpingsvik, a holiday home is waiting for you in a small holiday village, which is located in front of a private lake with footbridge and landing stage. Your holiday home is spread over three bed rooms and a livingroom. To reach the bathroom you'll have to pass through the double room.
Here you will also find a playground for children with a small play-house, sandpits and slide.
Besides the opportunities for fishing directly at the Baltic Sea, you will also have the opportunity to go fishing for noble fish in the nearer surrounding. You can fish up to three fishes, which cost 75 SEK/Kg.
Your landlord also has some different offers, like renting of bicycles, pedal boats and much more.
The seaside resort of Köpingsvik is located about 4 km away from the island town of Borgholm, it has one of the most beautiful bathing beaches of the island, but also a lot of hiking trails, typical for the Öland scenery. The beach is child-friendly and has swallow water.
Of course the island offers a lot of sights like the colossal castle ruins near Borgholm, the castle of Solliden and the holiday residence of the royal family, the refuge castle of Eketorp and the town of Borgholm itself.
