Small holiday home at Bergkvara in Småland and only 40 meters away from the Baltic Sea!
This small house has been newly built in 2008. It has about 20 m2 living space and is equipped/furnished with four beds, two of them under the roof. The holiday home has a kitchen part, which is all in all well and up-to-date equipped/furnished.
Seven meters away from the small house you will find an outside toilet/dry toilet. The shower, which can be used by you, is about 30 meters away and located in the house of the landlord. In the garden you will have garden furniture and a grill for pleasant summer evenings at the Kalmarsund available.
Your holiday place is one of the best-known Baltic Sea locations in Småland. From the small holiday home it is only about 150 meters to the bath and the landing stage for the boats and 300 meters to the sandy beach with diving platform, volleyball field, crazy golf and restaurant.

- Only non-allergic dogs can be brought along to the holiday home (for example, poodle or Bishon Frisé)
- Day of arrival and departure will be Saturday (the house will be rented only week by week)
- Washing machine is included in the rental, if the rental period is longer than 1 week (you will find it next to the shower)

- The final cleaning will be done by the landlord himself and costs 300 SEK. This amount will be added to the rental.
