Here you will use a part of a holiday home with an own entrance in natural and beautiful location at the place of Svarte and only about 500 meters away from the beach.
Svarte is located only 5 minutes by car from Ystad and even the cities of Malmö and Copenhagen you will reach in less than 1 hour by car. This is a great advantage, if you are interested in the many historical and cultural sights of these cities.
From your holiday place you also have good connections concerning sports activities like tennis and golf, but also the shops and the pizzeria are within reach.
The "Kurt Wallander" town of Ystad offers a lot of things worth seeing, for example the Sant Maria Church next to the large market place, the zoo of Ystad or "Per Hälsas Gård", the largest halv-timbered house of Sweden.
Your holiday apartment has, of course, an own entrance and parking space. Downstairs you will hav a larger toilet, a washing machine as well as a living room with kitchen. The bedroom is upstairs.
