The holiday home was newly renovated( 2007 ) and can be found in a protected, historically interesting, skerry environment, rocky towards the water, and anchorage for guests, who prefer to arrive by their own boats.
Despite of this water idyll, it takes only about 10 minutes or 10 kilometers to reach the city of Stockholm, which means peace and nature on the one hand and the beauty and hurly-burly of the capital, handed to you on a plate, on the other hand.
