By "Semesterbyn" is ment a small, newly built (2008) and familiar holiday village, consisting of five identical holiday homes in a fantastic location with view of the lake Fiskestadssjön in southern Småland. Here service will be given pride of place by making available for you much more than normal, like rowing boat, a place to swim only about 150 meters away and belonging to the holiday village, light fishing equipment or games and activities equipment for cricket, boules and so on, or even an own playing field for beach volleyball. Additonally a tastefully laid out pool area was set up besides the own outdoor area, belonging to every holiday home, in order to offer you an alternative to the natural water of the lake. The holiday home is up-to-date furnished and offers room for up to 6 persons.

- Bedclothes and towels have to be brought along.
- 3 bedrooms (1. with double bed, 2. with single beds, 3. with single beds )
- Separate building with washing facilities is shared with 4 other cabins, 20 SEK/washing.
- Internetconnection is available (broadband/DSL) free of charge.
- Final cleaning can be ordered from the landlord to the cost of 500 SEK and is added to the rental fee.
- Bedlinen can be ordered for 60 SEK/person from the landlord.
- Pets are allowed (200 SEK/pet is added to the rent) please order this when you book. Smoking is not allowed in any of the cabins.
- Electricity will be charged with 2 SEK/kwh (payable at the day of departure directly to the landlord) and will be added extra.
