Self-catering cottage „Ytterby“ is located at the east coast of the popular holiday island of Öland, in a small holiday home complex, in South Sweden. Located only about 20 meters away from the waterfront of a small lake, everything here is particularly geared to holidays for families, which explains the many opportunities to play for the little ones, or the place to swim, including a small footbridge, which can be seen (visible) from the holiday house. The accommodation is furnished and equipped for up to 6 persons, an own sauna can be used for a little extra money.

- Bedclothes and towels have to be brought along.
- 2 bedrooms (1. with double bed, 2. with 2 bunk beds).
- Using the sauna costs 70 SEK/5 hours.
- Bedclothes can be ordered at the landlord for 100 SEK/bed and week
- Day of arrival and departure will be Saturday
- The final cleaning can be ordered at the landlord and costs 400 SEK.
- You can hire bicykles for 30 SEK/day
- you can hire a baby bed and a baby's high chair for 6,- EUR / week

- 4 Wheeler can be rented at the cost of 150 SEK/30 min.

- The landloard takes a "cleainig deposit" of 500 SEK upon arriaval that will be given back after inspection on the day of departure (This does not apply if one has ordered final cleaning)
