This holiday home is located in the south of the summer island of Öland in the small locality Hulterstad of the same name. At the "Stuga Hulterstad" you are neighbor to the Stora Alvaret, an area with an unusual flora and animal kingdom, belonging to the natural and cultural heritage of Sweden.
In the nearer surrounding you will find a reserve for birds and seals. The opportunity for hiking and riding through the Alvaret or golfing are only some of the many opportunities, which you can make use of in addition to usual beach holidays at the Kalmarsund, about one kilometer away.
And last but not least, from here you will have a clear view of the sea on the one hand and of the Alvaret on the other hand of the accommodation.
