This completely furnished holiday home is located idyllically at a mountain on higher ground with a fantastic view of the Värmland lake Värmeln in Central Sweden.
The lake Värmeln offers outstanding fishing and swimming opportunities for the visitors and "users". However, the certainly most well-known tourist destinations of the local authority district (kommun) Grums are the LM Eriksson minnesgård with its telephone museum, the glassworks museum of Liljedal as well as Borgvik with its old and preserved environment.
In general one can say that the surrounding of Grums and around the holiday home is characterized by the vicinity to the water with a large number of boat clubs and guest harbours. But why roam so far afield, if one should first discover and explore the Värmeln with the boat with motor (5 hp), belonging to the holiday home.

- Bedclothes and towels have to be brought along.
- 3 bedrooms (1. with double bed, 2. and 3. with bunk bed), living room with sofa for one person.
- Day of arrival and departure will be Saturday.
- Guided fishing can be ordered by request when booking (max. 3 guests/tour - 4 hours) and costs 500 SEK
- The landlord takes a deposit of 1500 SEK (payable at the day of arrival).
- Wireless Internet (about 2 MBIT) is available and costs 200 SEK/week.
- Air conditioning is available to the cost of 500 SEK/week.
- Petrol for the motorboat can be ordered upon booking and costs 200 SEK/full tank.
