A beautiful view of the lake Sommen is offered by the holiday home "Semesterhus Sommen" in South Sweden, at the border with the Småland region.
The wing-shaped building of about 150 square meters belongs to the so called Rönnäsgården, a natural and beautiful farm yard with main building and the already mentioned wing-shaped building, which can be rented and which has tradition and is well-known from the Swedish television.
The holiday home has several charming tiled stoves, kitchen with wood-burning oven and electric heater and a larger living room with open fire for romantic hours.
The surrounding of the "Semesterhus Sommen" is rich of all those things, making Sweden charming and popular as an tourist destination, nearly unspoiled nature, beautiful lakes and definitely no mass tourism.

- Bedclothes and towels have to be brought along.
- 3 bedroom (Bedroom 1 & 2: 2 single beds (placed as a doublebed), Bedroom 3: 4 single beds (2 of them placed together as a doublebed) All beds can be separated if needed
- changeover day is on Sunday (peak season)
- arrival time from 16.00, departure to 10.00 o' clock
- The landlord takes a deposit of 2000 SEK/225 € (payable at the day of arrival).
- The final cleaning will be done by the landlord himself and costs 170 EUR. This amount will be added to the rental.
