A booking fee of approximately 25% is paid after receipt of the invoice. The remaining rental amount will be paid no later than 40 days before arrival. At last minute bookings, the total rental amount will be paid after receipt of the invoice. (Detailed payment information can be found in your reservation confirmation)

Extra equipment

The following extras are to be paid together with the (remaining) rent:

Electricity : The landlord charges an electricity fee of 16 EURO/night all year round. This amount is added to the rental price.
Deposit : The landlord takes a deposit of 100 EUR.

Final cleanup : The final cleaning will be done by the landlord and costs 1200 SEK with dog 1400 SEK

Dog allowed : max 1 dog. 2 dogs only on request. If bringing dogs, increased final cleaning fee of 20 EUR.
Towel : Towels are available for 3 EUR/pers.
