Cozy and picturesque house in Lyse, just outside Lysekil, near Lyse church.

Lyse is conveniently located from central Lysekil (10 min by car) with its range of shops, restaurants and services and in the immediate area you will also find the small picturesque communities of Skalhamn and Norra Grundsund as well as the fine bathing area and well-organized bathing place in Kolleröd with jumping tower, kiosk and both a sandy beach and a rocky beach reached in ten minutes by bike. Not far from there is Basteviksholmarna with marina and nice restaurant and adventure golf.

The residence is also perfectly located if you want to make day trips to other nice coastal communities such as Hunnebostrand, Kungshamn and Smögen.
Right next to the property there is a bus stop, where you can take the bus to and from Lysekil / Skalhamn. If you want to play golf, there are several courses nearby.

The villa is located on large lawn and with a great view of the surroundings. Close to salt baths and child-friendly bathing areas.

The country's westernmost province, Bohuslän, is located at the Skagerrak, the strait running between Norway and the southwest coast of the Jutland peninsula of Denmark, connecting the North Sea and the Kattegatt sea area, which leads to the Baltic Sea.
