At a hill with lake view at Lake Lelång in Dalsland,

you will find this nice and fresh holiday home consisting of a family room with sofa bed, TV and fireplace and fully equipped kitchen area. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. All beds are 90 x 200 cm. If you have small children, you can borrow a travel bed and highchair.

There is also a small cottage on the plot with two extra beds in the form of a sofa bed. This means that the maximum number of people who can rent the cottage is 6.

There is a large covered terrace in the south with a lovely view of Lake Lelång. Inside from the cabin there is also a lake view from the living room and one bedroom. Patio is also in the west facing position also with lake view. Forest and nature are in close proximity to the cottage with berries, mushrooms and wildflowers.

The landlord lives approximately 500m from the cottage and often hosts auctions during the summer as you are welcome to visit.

Lake Lelång is part of Dalsland's canal. A rowing boat is included with the possibility of renting a 4 hp engine. Here you have good fishing! Fishing license is sold by the landlord. In the municipality there are several hiking trails, the opportunity to stroll the dressin, go boat trips on Dalsland's canal, visit Gammelgården and Herrgården Baldersnäs, but above all experience the tranquility that nature and the many lakes have to offer.

Infos about the region Dalsland

Dalsland is a relatively small province whose extent from the north to south measures 99 km and from east to west 59 km. It is located in western Sweden, with only one place that might be described as a city: Åmal, even though the population doesn't quite match up to the required 10 000 people that the Swedish Board of Statistics (SCB) calls for.
It is believed that Dalsland belonged to Norway until about the year 1000 AD, but this is not sure. However, the region is popular among our neighbors in the west!
Despite its size, the landscape is sometimes referred to as a "Sweden in miniature", then it has a highly variable nature. The province's largest lake is Lake Vänern. The Dalslands channel is a channel that allows boat traffic between Lake Vänern and parts of the lake system in Dalslands interior and southwestern of Värmland. The channel crosses the famous aqueduct in Håverud and is in the summer (season June-August) a much visited tourist destination, both for sailing boats, motor boats and canoes.
