On a cape (spit of land) in Dalsland

and at the lake "Mellankornsjön" you will find this cosy holiday hut/summer cottage of 36 square meters with simple sanitary standard.
It consists of a large living area with kitchen corner as well as a bedroom with two beds. A guest hut with 10 square meters with another double bed and a bunkbed belongs to it.
The object has no water and no sewage and hence an outside toilet. 40 litres of water are provided by the landlord, which is usually enough for a small family for about a week. If you will need more water, so you can get it in cans at the next filling station.
On this spit of land which has a size of about 2000 square meters you are quite alone. Down by the water you will find a footbridge for fishing (plenty of perch and pike) and swimming and a terrace can be used to take the meals.
Electricity, a stove with oven and a fridge are available.
There is also a wood-burning stove for warm-up and cosy evenings.

Infos about the region Dalsland

Dalsland is a relatively small province whose extent from the north to south measures 99 km and from east to west 59 km. It is located in western Sweden, with only one place that might be described as a city: Åmal, even though the population doesn't quite match up to the required 10 000 people that the Swedish Board of Statistics (SCB) calls for.
It is believed that Dalsland belonged to Norway until about the year 1000 AD, but this is not sure. However, the region is popular among our neighbors in the west!
Despite its size, the landscape is sometimes referred to as a "Sweden in miniature", then it has a highly variable nature. The province's largest lake is Lake Vänern. The Dalslands channel is a channel that allows boat traffic between Lake Vänern and parts of the lake system in Dalslands interior and southwestern of Värmland. The channel crosses the famous aqueduct in Håverud and is in the summer (season June-August) a much visited tourist destination, both for sailing boats, motor boats and canoes.
