Welcome to the ultimate accommodation for the large group who want to spend time together in wonderful communal areas, but who also want the opportunity to close the door when it feels tempting to sit back with a good book or music in their ears.

In this Manor building you live very well as many as up to 16 people! There are 6 bedrooms, 4 double rooms and 2 family rooms, all with very comfortable beds. The beds that in the pictures look like double beds are single beds next to each other. These can be separated slightly from each other if you prefer. Some of the bedrooms have a sitting area with chairs and tables. All 6 bedrooms have their private toilet and shower with underfloor heating.

Together you then have a dining room, kitchen and TV room. There is also an extremely large terrace with a roof, where there is comfortable furniture. The terrace will surely be the perfect place for the late summer dinner, the crayfish plate or the birthday party.
The kitchen has all conceivable equipment and gives you all the opportunities to cook the food together. There are 4 full-size refrigerators that hold all the food and more, and there is also a large freezer in the basement. Dishwasher is of course also available.

Down by the lake approx. 900 m is your rowing boat that belongs to the house, it is moored at a pier. Lake Åsnen invites to relaxing boat trips and exciting fishing. Two canoes are also included, as well as life jackets.
Here at Fålaboda Gård there are many evening activities. One of the houses is furnished as a farm bath house with a newly built sauna, relaxation room and Russian bath. In another room there are weightlifting, exercise machines, table tennis, billiards and football games. The activity rooms are heated. In this space there is room for the whole group with activities. You have the exclusive right to these premises.

There is a rustic fireplace / barbecue in the garden. The area is known for its apple orchards and vegetables and here you buy fresh fruit and vegetables directly from the farmer. Your holiday paradise is located near Åsnen National Park, which opened in 2018 and which invites you to unique nature experiences such as canoeing, cycling and extensive forest walks.

• Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms as a double room with single beds.
• Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are double rooms with single beds and 2 are family rooms (with 4 beds) with single beds and bunk beds.
• Each room has its own toilet and shower.
• There is even a cottage available. This cottage is located on the same plot as the large house (30 m). The cottage is 80 m2 and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people in 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is an attic room with a steep staircase.
