At a water property in Hälsingland

you will find this simple and cosy holiday home with a guest hut, belonging to it, and adjacent buildings.
The main building has a size of 32 square meters, including basement with shower room and washing machine. Upstairs there is the kitchen, a living room and a bedroom.
The guest hut incudes two single beds and in the third building there is a wood-burning stove, a small table with chairs as well as a sofa bed. All three buildings have electricity.
The toilet at the property is an outside toilet with a shelf with soap and washbasin (no running water) as well as window with a view of the lake.
You can go swimming here at the lake directly from the property or walk to a place for bathing which is located about 7 minutes from here. The lake is also suited for fishing and the forests in the surrounding invite to hiking tours or berry-picking. Of course, you can also start quite relaxed and make yourself comfortable at the large terrace.
Day trips to the famous zoo named Järvsö Zoo or to Bror-Eric, an artist with an own shop, can be excellently combined. In summer you can visit a lot of fleamarkets and auctions or you rent a "trolley" and move with it on the old railway, really a fun for young and old.
