Holidays directly at the lake in Sörmland

This wonderful manor, built in 2008, consists of a 190 square meter main house with an outbuilding and an approximately 120 square meter guest house together on a 10 hectare property and 500 meters of beachfront on Lake Nyckelsjön.

The water property includes fishing rights, so you can hunt for pike and perch by boat.
The main building consists of three bedrooms on the upper floor, a large living room with a fireplace and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The large balcony faces south.
In the basement there is a hallway, a large country kitchen with an open fireplace, a living room with a lake view and an open fireplace, another bedroom as well as a shower and toilet. You also have access to a laundry room.

The guest house consists of a hallway, bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine as well as a kitchen and living room with TV in the basement. Upstairs there is a hallway, toilet with sink, a larger bedroom and two further bedrooms.

In 2023, a heated pool was also built between the houses, so that water lovers big and small will get much fun here.

On the large property there are several seating areas for grilling and a boat dock down by the water and sometimes you can also find sheep in the pasture in front of the house.

The Sörmland region is known for its beautiful castles and mansions and of course the Baltic Sea coast. Day trips to the nearby capital Stockholm are also recommended.

Infos about the region Södermanland

The province borders in the south to Östergötland, in the west to Närke, in the northwest to Västmanland, in the northeast to Uppland and in the east and southeast to the Baltic Sea.
The capital Stockholm is situated partly in Södermanland. The second part is located in Uppland. Traditionally, the line between the two provinces is drawn in the water between the old town and the district of Södermalm in central Stockholm.
Södermanland, popularly known as Sörmland, refers to the land south of the lake Mälaren. Like Uppland in the north, the province has numerous ancient remains (nearly 100,000) and a large population that approximately amounts to 1.1 million people.
The province is dominated by lowland and wooded hills, and of the many lakes. So it is a typical flat landscape; Södermanland is nowhere more than 200 meters above sea level.
The characteristic landscape type is formed by a combination of faults that mainly go in the direction from the east to the west, and large river valleys. Through these faults the land sunk from the south to the north, so that the crack along the fault on the north side was lowered, while the south remained.
Södermanland is also the center of the Swedish nobility with a variety of mansions.
Just as Södermanland, Uppland has a fantastic archipelago, both the part called the Stockholm Archipelago (east of Södermanland's Södertörn peninsula) and the one outside the coast of Södermanland.
Södermanland welcomes you to discover a province full of opportunities!
